My question is why is it taking so long for them to bring down Syria? A nation the size of North Dakota, shouldn’t be much trouble for the US. Has Russia, China and Iran outflanked the global police of the world? Have they provided Assad with the necessary intelligence and ground-to-air military weaponry? Is that why the US is so hesitant to make real overt moves instead of prodding Turkey to take the fall? The US, Europe and the Arab Nations are deeply invested in this conflict.
